Our Doctors:

Both of our doctors have satisfied the training requirements of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners to be on the Vocational Register, they provide a wide range of medical care for the whole family and are trained in the use of Medical Acupuncture.

Making Appointments:

We run an appointment system, you can make an appointment by phoning the surgery. Urgent problems will be dealt with promptly as they arise. Normally the appointments are made at 15 minute intervals, if you feel that you need more time, please tell the receptionist when making the appointment.

Fees:

At the present, all services covered by Medicare or DVA are bulk billed so please have your Medicare or DVA card with you at the time of the service.

After Hours Care:

If our surgery is unattended, the answering machine will give you the phone number [9399 3344] of an accredited deputizing service.

Home Visits:

Home visits are available to the regular patients of this practice who are unable to attend the surgery because of their medical condition. If possible, please make your request for home calls before 9.00 am.

Telephoning your Doctor

The doctors will take phone calls relating to your health during surgery hours. If they are with another patient, a message will be taken or you will be called back.
